Local cultures and economies have the right to participate in a globalized world. |
2.Works of art and cultural productions cannot be assimilated to traditional goods and services.

They deserve special treatment notably in the implementation of
trade and competition rules at local, regional and international
level. |

This specificity must be enshrined in international and national
law. |

Policies aimed at supporting local cultures including state aids and tax breaks should be accepted as part of competition and international trade law. |
